Structural Impact of Glycan Binding on Viral Particles
This project will provide mass spectrometry exp
ertise, particularly on native and HDX MS. These techniques will be utilized to study mutual effects of glycan-binding on calicivirus, HPV and MCPyV assembly as well as the capsid protein conformation, in collaboration with P2, P3, P4 and P6. Native MS will also be used to provide quality control of VLPs prior to crystallization for P1, P2 and P3.
